Legal Rules and Regulations

Brovanta (OPC) Private Limited operates in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations governing e-commerce, digital media, software development, and streaming services. The following legal rules and regulations are binding upon all users, clients, partners, and contributors interacting with or engaging in services provided by the company or its subsidiaries, including Brovanta Style, Zoomax Studio, Zoom Chronicle, and the forthcoming OTT Live Streaming platform.

1. Compliance with Indian Law

All activities carried out under Brovanta (OPC) Private Limited, including but not limited to content creation, e-commerce, streaming, media production, and software solutions, strictly comply with relevant laws of the Government of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Copyright Act, 1957, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable statutes.

2. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, media, code, and intellectual assets produced under or displayed on Brovanta platforms are the sole property of Brovanta (OPC) Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use in any form without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and actionable under law.

3. User Conduct

Users of any Brovanta platform must refrain from unlawful activities, including but not limited to uploading defamatory, obscene, or pirated content; impersonation; spamming; or misuse of platform features. Any such activity may lead to immediate suspension or permanent ban, with potential legal action.

4. Data Integrity and Security

All customer and client data collected during service engagement or platform usage will be stored and protected according to applicable data security regulations. Breach attempts, including hacking, tampering, or unauthorized access, will result in prosecution as per Indian cybercrime laws.

5. Third-Party Collaboration

Collaborations with third-party vendors, advertisers, or influencers through Zoomax Studio, Brovanta Style, or any other Brovanta service must comply with contractual obligations and legal due diligence. Misrepresentation or breach of agreement will be subject to legal remedy.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

All legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to Brovanta (OPC) Private Limited or its services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra & Kendujhar, Odisha.
